Our prices are non-negotiable. As healers, we do not charge for our gifts—we charge for the results of our healing work, which requires an exchange of monetary value. At Root Warriorz, maintaining a high vibrational space is essential for all our healing practices. We require each guest to arrive with a cleansed physical body, free from oils, perfumes, deodorants, and synthetic substances. This ensures that your energy is pure and ready to receive the benefits of our treatments, allowing the healing to focus on your ethereal body.

As part of our sacred practice, we believe in the energetic law of reciprocity. All services are prepaid in full as a medium of exchange, ensuring a balanced flow of energy between healer and client. This honors the preparation, spiritual work, and time dedicated to your healing. We do not accept deposits, and funds are transferred only in alignment with our policies.

Welcome to Root Warriorz Herbal Spa, where our sacred energy work is designed to heal, cleanse, and restore your ethereal body. To ensure you receive the most powerful and transformative experience, please review our booking and preparation guidelines below.
Booking & Payment Policy
Online Payments Required: All services must be paid for in full online at the time of booking. We do not accept deposits. As our energy work requires immense preparation and ritualistic practices, payment must be made upfront as a medium of exchange to honor the energetic process.
No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel, you may reschedule your session one timeusing the funds from your original booking. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to qualify for rescheduling.
Spiritual Hygiene Requirements
Come Clean & Prepared: In order to receive our energy services, you must arrive with a clean physical body, as our work is intended to cleanse and heal the ethereal body, not the physical one. Please shower before your session, and ensure you are free of oils, perfumes, deodorants, and body products. Bare skin is required for our healing process.
No Service for Unclean Clients: If you arrive with body odors or foreign products on your skin, we will kindly deny the service, as our healing is focused on the energetic body.
No-Show Policy
No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, the funds are forfeited, and you must rebook to receive our services again.
Permanent Denial of Service: After 2 no-shows, you will be permanently denied service at Root Warriorz, as we require mutual respect for the sacred nature of our offerings and the preparation involved.
Jewelry & Foreign Objects
No Foreign Objects During Energy Work: For all energy healing, massages, and headwork, no jewelry, super long nails, wigs, or added hair are allowed. We need full access to your hands, feet, and scalp to work with your crown chakra and ethereal energy.
Natural Nails Recommended: We suggest keeping your nails at a medium length or natural. Acrylics are acceptable but must be medium-length or shorter for hand and foot energy work.
No Wigs or Added Hair: For any headwork, we require natural hair to access your scalp and crown chakra effectively.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment one time before a new payment is required. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule or shorten your session, with no adjustment to the price.
Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
Cancellation Window: Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. If cancellations occur outside of this window, there will be a $75 fee added, must be paid prior to arrival.
If you do not show for the rescheduled session all funds will be forfeited, and a new payment will be required to rebook.
Late Arrival Policy: Arrivals over 15 minutes late may require rescheduling or a shortened session. No price adjustments will be made for shortened services.
